The Collection of Musical Instruments
The double flute žveglice, a twin bore labial instrument, crafted from maple wood, drilled with buckthorn nails called “cvek”, ornamented with burnt ornaments, and coloured with yellow fuchsine. The holes are arranged 4:3.
There is a small yellowed piece of paper inside the instrument. On it is a handwritten note which says that Božidar Širola purchased the instrument for the Museum at a fair in Remete.
